Customer feedback is very important to us so we know when there are areas that need to be reestablished to the higher standards we have set in our organization, this information is vital to Mark Miller, and Jeff Miller and the entire organization. This is not the type of encounter that we want our customers to undergo. We look at poor customer experiences very constructively so we can ascertain a higher quality of customer service found anywhere else. I sincerely apologize for the abysmal service provided to you. I can assure you this is not the type of customer service that we want to provide to you ever again. The service advisors are to correspond with our customers in a respectful manner.
