I have been to Mark Kia 3 times now. Each time they were fast, efficient and very friendly. The customer lobby was also clean and comfortable with coffee, cookies and water available to all. Worst Service Have taken my car in 4 times for the same issue and everytime they have found something else wrong with the car. It is a brand new 2019, I can't belie Have taken my car in 4 times for the same issue and everytime they have found something else wrong with the car. It is a brand new 2019, I can't believe it can have that many issues. The initial issue was not resolved. The last time I dropped it off they told me they would keep it until it was resolved. They had my car sitting in their lot for over a week and have not even moved my car. They tried to tell me they had been trying but I could see on the Kia app that the car had not been moved. since the 19th. I had to call for them to tell me the car was ready, after they had done nothing in a week. Terrible communication. More
