They are very strict on the tread rule regardless of tire damage and your safety. I mean it’s pretty ridiculous that they refuse to replace the tires that they promise you in writing if the tread isn’t a a dangerously low level. For me they replaced two and told me the next two would be replaced when I came back. Well I came back and they continued to refuse the replacement. I mean think the situation through. You’re going to be doing them eventually it’s not like you’re going to loose money since they’re going to get done anyways. So long story short don’t let them win you over with these extra perks that they never fulfill. If you can’t tell. This Review is about how they don’t honor their little extra perks and promises. Also. Don’t put a manager in a management position if they can’t move pieces around to keep customers happy and if they have zero customer service skills More

Everything is so easy at this dealership: easy to make appointment, easy drop-off, comfortable waiting area. I waited for my car to be finished and it was done well ahead of the estimated time. Extremely Disappointed I feel bamboozled due to my check list on most were green but indeed should have been in red. Then I get a list on the last page with a price list. I I feel bamboozled due to my check list on most were green but indeed should have been in red. Then I get a list on the last page with a price list. I feel my vehicle was not treated with care & that my business was taken for granted. The sad thing is I've been coming to this dealership since I moved here & never had an experience like this before. That is what disappoints me about this visit because my vechical & myself have experienced way better in prior visits. This makes me question were my prior visits really good or did I believe so because the customer service was outstanding. I'm just not sure anymore. More

Warranty work gone bad. I have a 2013 VW cc. My check engine light came on. I took it due the VW dealer. They said that what was wrong with my car was under warranty, but I h I have a 2013 VW cc. My check engine light came on. I took it due the VW dealer. They said that what was wrong with my car was under warranty, but I had to take it back to the place I bought it, because the extended warranty was with that dealer, which was the Kia dealer (Mark Kia). So I paid VW for a diagnostic print out of exactly what was wrong. Gave it to the Kia dealer when I had it towed, to do that work. A week goes by, I get the car back take it home. Same problem arises, take it back. The service person says 2 or 3 times during this visit and 2 more times during this whole ordeal “ well ya know we aren’t a VW dealer”. Another week goes by he says there something else wrong, but it’s not under warranty, and the tech that working on my car is sick, so won’t be done for another week. 2 weeks later Finally get it back and it’s still not working right, with the same problem. So now I’m having it towed back to VW dealer, and the Kia dealer(being extremely rude) wants nothing else to do with me or my car. I have to call the VW dealer, and get it towed back on my own, pay for it out of my pocket both ways and find my own uber back home. WTH?? Just a tip though, if the VW dealer sends you a diagnostic of what’s wrong with the car do that first, because in the end they ARE the VW dealer, and if you would have done what they said you wouldn’t have wasted a month of both our time and the warranties money. If you sell used cars and offer extended warranties to go with them, and they are only valid at your dealership...the least you could do is know how to fix them. More
