Worst Service Have taken my car in 4 times for the same issue and everytime they have found something else wrong with the car. It is a brand new 2019, I can't belie Have taken my car in 4 times for the same issue and everytime they have found something else wrong with the car. It is a brand new 2019, I can't believe it can have that many issues. The initial issue was not resolved. The last time I dropped it off they told me they would keep it until it was resolved. They had my car sitting in their lot for over a week and have not even moved my car. They tried to tell me they had been trying but I could see on the Kia app that the car had not been moved. since the 19th. I had to call for them to tell me the car was ready, after they had done nothing in a week. Terrible communication. More
