Negligent and dismissive bad repair work I initially paid $140 for an inspection fee when my fuel gauge stopped working. It was estimated to be $750 so I scheduled the repair for a later date I initially paid $140 for an inspection fee when my fuel gauge stopped working. It was estimated to be $750 so I scheduled the repair for a later date. When the time of my initial appointment came, I was promised the repair would only take half a day and I could have my car back ASAP. The day went by and I was informed that no repair work had been done because the part that got delivered was incorrect and they had already disassembled my car before checking that the correct replacement part was in stock, so I would be without a car until the new part would arrive 4 days later. I finally get my car back and I'm charged the incorrect amount. The $140 inspection fee was supposed to be discounted and I was charged something in between the discounted rate and the full rate. THE VERY NEXT DAY my car stopped running in the middle of the road. I called Jasmine asking for a tow truck and she assured me that help was on the way. TWO HOURS go by and I hear nothing from any tow trucks or from Jasmine. I call her back and she informs me that there was no driver anywhere within 3 hours of my location. She then proceeds to send the lot guy over to tow my car. I finally get my car taken back to the dealership and I am out of a car for another 3 days. When I get my car back for the second time, I am told that the only thing that's been accomplished in 3 days is having a tech fill my car up with gas and drive it around. They said the break down was due to a misread in the new fuel tank assembly and they assure me I won't ever have any problems with the fuel tank again. THREE WEEKS LATER my car stops in the middle of the road AGAIN. This time it's leaking gas everywhere so I get my car towed back home (NOT by the dealership) and my mechanic friend takes a look at it. He notices that the main fuel line has been disconnected due to a faulty fitting. My friend fixes my car in 5 minutes. I call Jasmine to inform her of this issue and I tell her I feel unsafe driving my car. She tells me "I'll have a manager contact you" and she hangs up on me and I never heard from her again. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for almost a month and even the manager refuses to talk to me and won't make time for me. I understand a mistake being made in the repair but the terrible customer service was my breaking point. Throughout my entire experience at this dealership with Jasmine I have been disregarded and forgotten about. As a young female car owner this is especially disappointing coming from Jasmine. More

I have been to Mark Kia 3 times now. Each time they were fast, efficient and very friendly. The customer lobby was also clean and comfortable with coffee, cookies and water available to all.
