I didn’t want to buy it the first place. This dealership sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never get my pin code. I went to store for five times. Nobody deals with my problem. Same word at every time. I never got a pin code until I sold the car. And Max said: we can't refund you anyway. Even if you did not sell the car, we will just have to keep trying to fix it. But, Why should I trust a company that hasn't fixed it for me for 2 months?I don't understand why I can't get a refund because I didn't get a day from start to finish. If I had been serviced and I sold the car I wouldn't have asked for a refund, but I never got pin code. I paid Kia but I didn't get the service. They should be responsible. This is a really bad experience. More

Abdul from Mark Kia Scottsdale was fantastic to deal with, respectful, courteous and fast. They've streamlined the finance process since the last time I bought a car with them. It was easy, laid back no hassle and all my paperwork was handed to me on a flash drive, how amazing is that!!💥 Brian from the service department was awesome and the dept itself has been great to me for the past 8 years, on time professional & courteous about your time. A big shout out to Jonathon Gutierrez! I attempted several times to reach someone in Finance, we didn't remember receiving our paperwork when we purchased our Telluride and we needed a copy of it. Unf several times to reach someone in Finance, we didn't remember receiving our paperwork when we purchased our Telluride and we needed a copy of it. Unfortunately it was difficult to reach Finance even after trying several times and leaving messages. I tried using Chat on the website and that didn't work either, they thought I wanted to buy a new car. Jonathon reached out to me the next day by text and took the time to find out what I needed. He told me that our paperwork was on the USB key chain given to us in the box with our car key chain. I thought it was another key chain! This was a simple fix with the right person and that person was Jonathan! Thank you Jonathan! Also, we were treated very well with our purchase of our Telluride. Josh Stonestreet was great to work with! More

This is the 2nd Kia I have purchased from Mark Kia and both times it has been a great experience. I went into have my current Kia that I had owned for 9 years serviced and ended up buying a new car.
