Service recall Took my daughters Kia Sportage in to update software. Was greeted upon arrival. Told it would take about an hour or so. Waited in the waiting area which was nice, jumped on WiFi and did some work. 45 mins later. The car was washed and ready to go. Excellent! More

Disappointing customer service I made an appt to have my side mirror fixed as it was automatically folding in. Show up to the dealership and Tyler was the one to help me, said it wo I made an appt to have my side mirror fixed as it was automatically folding in. Show up to the dealership and Tyler was the one to help me, said it would be a 15-20 min appt as they would just take pics to order me a part and send my car through the car wash. I waited over an hour, because he sent my car in to actually get looked at. Which is fine, but come inside and tell me that as I was thinking of only being there for 20 min now I was stuck there for over an hour. Great appt was over, he order the let said about 3 business days and it should be in. I waited two weeks. I finally started calling the service department to find out where the part was on the two week mark and I was sent to voicemail several times with no return call. Finally I spoke to Brandi, she told me that Tyler was out of town so that’s why I haven’t heard anything.im sorry but it’s not my problem that one person is out of town and the reast if the dealership can’t handle his customers. So she made me an appt for Monday. Great went in, she said it would about an hour and half appt, okay that’s fine. I saw my car sitting in the parking lot all finished for a good 20 minutes before anyone came up to me. A guy dropped my keys off and said brandy was busy and they would mail me my paperwork. Still haven’t gotten my paperwork and no point in calling to ask about it as they won’t answer their phones. I’m very disappointed in my overall experience with 2 Kia dealerships and honestly will probably not Purchase another Kia because of the lack of customer service. I love my car, but I don’t like how the service departments are treating me. More
