Waiting room My experience over all was great. My only complaint was that the waiting room had jerry springer on the tv, this show is not exactly something that is My experience over all was great. My only complaint was that the waiting room had jerry springer on the tv, this show is not exactly something that is ideal for a professional establishment. During the hour and a half I was in the waiting area there were 4 different famines that came in to wait. I doubt the parents appreciated the trashy, vulgar and violent show that was being played. There were two different girls working behind the counter that didn’t seem to think this was an issue at all, in fact they were enjoying the show. There was also a sales employee that was walking around eating and drinking coffee asking people if they wanted to trade in their vehicle, I thought that was rude as well. More

Excellent Service Mark KIA honored the recall on the knock sensor detector, washed my car and even provided a ride to pick my car up. The worst service ever The worst service ever when in with fuel smell in vehicle they replaced alternator AC compressor Purge valve had vehicle for a week got vehicle ba The worst service ever when in with fuel smell in vehicle they replaced alternator AC compressor Purge valve had vehicle for a week got vehicle back same problem. They say they can’t fix it because there’s no code on check engine but yet they replaced these parts and charged insurance company $2600 . Service contract is another joke they could care less if they get charged or not would not recommend this place to anyone More
Service on vehicle I needed to get my car the 30,000 mile service before taking a trip. I booked my appointment online on Wednesday for Saturday. Took only 1 1/2 - 2 h I needed to get my car the 30,000 mile service before taking a trip. I booked my appointment online on Wednesday for Saturday. Took only 1 1/2 - 2 hours. That is how long I was quoted too. Pretty easy process and nice that car is ready to go again for another 5-8,000 miles before next service. Cody was great. More
