To no avail, i went home carless that evening. We were both disappointed, but calvin never complained one time on that very hot day and continued his professionalism. I returned the next day, worked out a deal with calvin and juan (mark kia) that made us all very happy! I went home with a new car that i love! Juan was awesome and worked with me on a couple of occasions and each time he was professional, knowledgeable and very honest! Marcella in finance was amazing.
