This dealership has zero respect for its customer's time I called ahead and provided the stock number of the car I was interested in. I spoke with Frank and informed him that I was driving from TUCSON to se I called ahead and provided the stock number of the car I was interested in. I spoke with Frank and informed him that I was driving from TUCSON to see the car. He said it would be ready and waiting for me out front. When we arrived, the car was no where to be seen. He then spent 15 minutes looking for it. When he finally found it, he told us it was, "getting inspected." When I asked him to clarify, he said it was getting a saftey inspection. When I asked him why they had a car listed for sale for several days that hadn't already passed a saftey inspection, he couldn't give me a direct answer. He then proceeded to show us the car in a dark and empty garage, THAT WAS ON A LIFT. He opened the door and asked us if we wanted to check it out. A car, that was 5 feet in the air. He then literally tried to sell it to us. Like to do the paperwork contingent on that we liked it after a test drive at some unknown date. I was honestly flabbergasted. I didn't realize we had, "desperate idiots" written across our foreheads. Through all of this, Frank was completely unapologetic, ignoring the fact he had informed us that he would have the car ready and he knew full well we were driving over two hours to see it. I will never give my business to a Mark dealership and I would suggest you look elsewhere as well. More

Warranty work gone bad. I have a 2013 VW cc. My check engine light came on. I took it due the VW dealer. They said that what was wrong with my car was under warranty, but I h I have a 2013 VW cc. My check engine light came on. I took it due the VW dealer. They said that what was wrong with my car was under warranty, but I had to take it back to the place I bought it, because the extended warranty was with that dealer, which was the Kia dealer (Mark Kia). So I paid VW for a diagnostic print out of exactly what was wrong. Gave it to the Kia dealer when I had it towed, to do that work. A week goes by, I get the car back take it home. Same problem arises, take it back. The service person says 2 or 3 times during this visit and 2 more times during this whole ordeal “ well ya know we aren’t a VW dealer”. Another week goes by he says there something else wrong, but it’s not under warranty, and the tech that working on my car is sick, so won’t be done for another week. 2 weeks later Finally get it back and it’s still not working right, with the same problem. So now I’m having it towed back to VW dealer, and the Kia dealer(being extremely rude) wants nothing else to do with me or my car. I have to call the VW dealer, and get it towed back on my own, pay for it out of my pocket both ways and find my own uber back home. WTH?? Just a tip though, if the VW dealer sends you a diagnostic of what’s wrong with the car do that first, because in the end they ARE the VW dealer, and if you would have done what they said you wouldn’t have wasted a month of both our time and the warranties money. If you sell used cars and offer extended warranties to go with them, and they are only valid at your dealership...the least you could do is know how to fix them. More
