Manny is the BEST! Manny helped me get the best deal on a 2020 Kia Optima. I was looking to trade in my 2008 Nissan Altima coupe, as I’m a mom and in desperate need of s Manny helped me get the best deal on a 2020 Kia Optima. I was looking to trade in my 2008 Nissan Altima coupe, as I’m a mom and in desperate need of something bigger. I walked into the dealership looking at a 2017 Honda, not ever expecting I would walk away with a brand new car. He made me feel very comfortable and did not make me feel pressured into any decision. It was the quickest and easiest process I’ve ever had in attempting to get a car, and I couldn’t be any happier with the way everything had worked out. Worse Experience Ever! I am trying to share me experience with anyone that will listen, In my opinion I would never go to these crooks, stay away, this is my 5th review I ha I am trying to share me experience with anyone that will listen, In my opinion I would never go to these crooks, stay away, this is my 5th review I have written and the same lady keeps getting back to me, replying with complete BS, I bought the car over three weeks ago and I still dont have my paperwork, think about that, they wont send me a copy of anything, can someone tell me why? Is this normal practice, I caught them over charging me and they are pissed about this, so they are making my life miserable, when I finally picked the car up after 8 days, there was no gas in the car, and I was given one key???? Is this normal too, I found out later an extra key cost $275. Everyone needs a spare key, right? The entire staff is great at what they do, that is to stick together and pull scam after scam, They charged me $1400 for tinted windows and gps system that was already built into the car, they back doored that into the price without me knowing, its a used car, the tint was already on there, I found out they gave my $1000 for my trade in when the deal was for $1350, so they tried scamming me for an extra $350, In my opinion they are crooks, I would never go to there, More
