When I dropped my car off on Sunday with no appointment Andrew Lozano in sales was great in helping me out. Bryan my service rep was excellent in taking care of my needs & kept me informed. DeMarko Martinez is an extraordinary automotive aquisition consultant! I came in with a specific model & trim requirement and he quickly arranged a test drive. There were several cars available b aquisition consultant! I came in with a specific model & trim requirement and he quickly arranged a test drive. There were several cars available but none in the color I wanted. I was impressed that he did not attempt to change the model or trim choice, but offerred to find me the car I wanted. Another dealership had the car in their inventory and he worked his magic to get the car from that dealer. The pricing process was straightforward and my ask on the trade-in was honored. I figured he was done when I was handed off to David in finance, but he continued with new car instructions and an intro to the service department. He has checked in almost daily to make sure I'm happy with the new Seltos. Follow-up questions were asked and answered promptly. Mark Kia has a very happy crew. I couldnt help but notice how congenial they were with customers and each other. DeMarko and David are automotive aquistion rock stars! More

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY WASTED MINE FOR YOU! According to the website they are a “Non-commissioned sales team. No pressure, haggling, or stress.” This could not be further from the truth. According to the website they are a “Non-commissioned sales team. No pressure, haggling, or stress.” This could not be further from the truth. Please save your time and energy by not stepping foot in this dealer. I went in to look at a truck that had been on the market for 88 days, which I’m assuming is due to the fact it was imported from Canada and the front wheels rub due to the tires being too big with no spacer or level upfront. The first offer was a joke, to be expected. Without going into boring detail they wouldn’t come down to the price I was comfortable with so I walked out. Almost a week later, I checked on this truck and noticed the price decreased another 3k. At this point it was an easy deal! We were already close and now we are even under where I wanted to be! Win/win for us both, just kidding. The haggling that they pride themselves on not doing comes into play. They change the deal completely and add the unwanted accessory package back in and undershoot my trade-in over a thousand dollars and try to offer me OVER what they originally offered me when I walked out. At this point the truck has now been on their lot for 96 days and has dropped in price $15,006. You would think these guys would want to make a deal, but I’d prefer to do my business elsewhere. Just a fair warning, that’s all. More
