This is my second car I’ve bought from Mark Kia and they have been an excellent dealership to work with. I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my life and this experience was absolutely the worst. First was a bait and switch on price I agreed to via email with Frank C. When I showed it to the "Sales Manager" experience was absolutely the worst. First was a bait and switch on price I agreed to via email with Frank C. When I showed it to the "Sales Manager", Johnny B, he "spoke to" Frank. they still had to add the $700 window tint and $800 Kahu GPS. Add tax to that too. I wanted the truck so I agreed to the higher price. Why would the set themselves up by agreeing to a price then jacking it up once the customer comes in? Is that a good customer experience? Really? Next was the advertised miles vs actual miles. They added almost 500 miles to the odometer and told me that was because they moved around the lot a bit. It’s just over 400 miles to drive from PHX to LA at 80mph for six hours. Big parking lot I’d say. In the course of adding 500 miles they smashed the bumper inward which only could be discovered when you looked at the crushed support brackets underneath. They provided a certificate of “straight frame” guarantee at the earlier mileage. I relied on that during the time of purchase. Next was the delivery experience. The truck was supposed to have a 53 point safety inspection but Frank could not produce the checklist of things checked. He DID produce an oil change/tail-lamp replacement invoice done by next door's Ford Dealer. Next was the condition of the vehicle, beyond dirty and gross at time of showing on the lot and not that much better during delivery. if someone gives you $45k for a truck, could you detail it as part a customer service experience? seems reasonable to me. Next, the finance manager (Juan) sold me an extended warranty and told me right to my face that the plan had "no limitation of liability" on the warranty. He lied right to me. I felt the entire experience was unethical from start to finish. I would really avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Awful customer service after the fact of two purchases. Bad mouths Horne Kia the entire sales pitch only to realize later that it’s probably because Horne Kia is the better of the two dealerships...
