Today was my second purchase through Mark Kia, and it couldn't have been any easier. "Grandpa Abdul" and the entire team at Mark Kia (yes, even the Finance Manager) were helpful throughout the entire pro couldn't have been any easier. "Grandpa Abdul" and the entire team at Mark Kia (yes, even the Finance Manager) were helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had along the way. I went in for an oil change and left having signed a new contract, entirely due to the ease of the process. These guys don't earn commission (they are apparently compensated based on quantity of sales as opposed to percentage), so they really are there to help. My expectations for buying a car couldn't have been further from reality, which says a lot (all good things) about my experience at Mark Kia. Between the customer service and the 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty, I'm a (Mark) Kia customer for life!!! More

I initially saw an ad on Cars.com which showed a Ford F-150 XLT for a price of $36,950. I called the dealership and found out the vehicle was still there. I told the salesman who called me back that I w F-150 XLT for a price of $36,950. I called the dealership and found out the vehicle was still there. I told the salesman who called me back that I was ready to fly down to purchase the vehicle. I told him I had my financing already taken care of and ready to go. I would just need to have a purchase agreement sent to me so that I could have the check cut by my lender for me to bring with me. The salesman then texted me a “Cash Deal Structure” document that showed a price without tax that was $9274 MORE than the price on the internet. It included accessories such as wheels, tinted windows and $499 for them to disinfect the vehicle. (This was to “kill” Covid germs. I am a teacher and we use the exact same foggers everyday throughout our school and it doesn’t cost $500 per room to do it.) The vehicle had all of those things prior to being posted on the internet so why was the price 25% more than the listing online? I was then told that Mark Kia never does purchase agreements from out of state. I spoke to my credit union whom I was getting the loan through and they said that is a big red flag and I should be careful with the dealer. The “Manager” then called me. I told him I was willing to come up above the asking price listed on the internet by $1000. He told me that the wheels alone were $3900 and that they wanted to do a deal but they wanted me to get their financing through them and if we couldn’t do a deal on that truck they have lots more. He really just wanted to get me down to the dealership so I would have no choice but to be pressured to buy something. This place is SHADY. Lying online is a way to get people to your dealership I guess. I have the messages and documents to prove what I am saying. There are so many things that were not right about this place. I would never recommend going here. Do yourself a favor and stay away. More
