DISHONEST DEALERSHIP DO NOT BUY HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just about everything that could have gone wrong with buying our car here went wrong. Once we pur DO NOT BUY HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just about everything that could have gone wrong with buying our car here went wrong. Once we purchased the car, we realized that there was $3k PLUS worth of extra items being applied to our bottom line that we either not informed about OR told them NOT to apply to our car but they did anyway. Once we brought this to the dealership's attention, they offered to refund about $3k and apply the amount to the principal on our balance. We were appreciative and waited the 6 to 8 weeks they informed us it would take for the bank to receive the money. Once we reached week 9, we were starting to worry. We called both our salesman and the finance department but no one bothered to answer our multiple calls. We were then told by the accountant Juan that we could call him on Monday between 11-12 and he would inform us about the status of our money and that we “weren’t his only customers” as if that justified his neglect in getting us our promised money in a reasonable amount of time. By Monday, SURPRISE, there was no call and no one was picking up. No one returned our calls. It was only when I sent a direct complaint via email, threatening to call the Better Business Bureau, that our check was overnighted. It’s frankly pathetic that’s this is what it took to get our deserved money back. It’s also sad that this could have been solved fin Juan and Frank had been more transparent in the buying process. They knew we were novice buyers - newlywed students- and took advantage of our trust because they wanted our money. Terrible business. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More
