No care for Customers I had my Ford Fusion 2010 serviced on 5/5 at your shop. First of all it took more than 4 hours for a oil change service which is not acceptable. And o I had my Ford Fusion 2010 serviced on 5/5 at your shop. First of all it took more than 4 hours for a oil change service which is not acceptable. And over that during that service one of your technicians broke my right front wheel nut lug, as it seems you did not had the right tool to unscrew the same even though you are a Ford authorized dealership. I always do my tire change or rotation at Discount Tires and have not faced any such issues. Still out of no time to get into a talk (after waiting for 4 hours), I paid for the new nut lug that was not there and was to be ordered and I was told will get a call last week by Tuesday or some to bring my car for the replacement of the same. I did not heard back from your service department and even after leaving 2 voice messages I am yet to hear back. Its been more than a week now. I need to get that nut lug replaces ASAP with out any delay and you will be responsible for any accident that happen due to the missing nut lug in my car. More

Whenever Josh was unsure about whether or not a certain action could be performed or not, Josh would always ask us to wait as he checked with his managers, showing that he is determined to give us the correct information rather than pretending he knows the answer. Whenever we waited for a while, Josh would ask us if we were doing okay and offer us drinks and snacks during our wait, and despite us being rather tedious customers to deal with, Josh understood our situation and was incredibly patient with us as well. Despite today being his day off, he was quite determined about providing us with this car as soon as we needed it (and we are on a bit of a time crunch) and as a result, he came in to work and helped us throughout the process. Overall Josh provided us with great service and was very easy to talk to and make discussions with. He is a very patient and determined worker who really tries to keep his customers walking out the door happy, therefore I see him as a great dealer. More
