Felix Sabates Ford decieved us, let us drive an unsafe car. Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln at 7601 South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC, tried to get us to take out a personal loan through them to get a $1,000+ bogus r Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln at 7601 South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC, tried to get us to take out a personal loan through them to get a $1,000+ bogus repair. Yes, that is correct. They wanted us to have our catalytic converter replaced when all that was wrong was that a vacuum hose had come off of the right side valve cover of our 2011 F-150 ecoboost. We said no to the Felix Sabates Ford dealer. They sent us away driving our truck knowing that it was not safe to drive. (Hesitating and surging badly. High idle.) I took it to another shop, Power On Auto in Matthews, and they found the problem and put the hose back on for no charge. Unbelievable that a Ford dealership would lie to us and put us in danger AND charge us $157 for the silly diagnostic check they said they did. Never again. I will never have anything to do with these crooks at Felix Sabates Ford again. You should avoid them too. More
