Service department saved our trip Traveling from Ohio to Hilton Head our Ford Escape experienced transmission problems due to a ruptured hose to the transmission cooler. When our vehicle was towed to their Service Dept we were met promptly by service staff (Jeron-mgr & Sotero-Serv advisor). Within 2 hrs they had the problem diagnosed, and had a loaner car arranged for us to continue our travels. We were able to return a day later at our leisure when repair was complete.
