Knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating I was looking for a large luxury SUV, but the third row had to be roomy. I looked at the GM vehicles including Escalade and the Mercedes. The GM vehic I was looking for a large luxury SUV, but the third row had to be roomy. I looked at the GM vehicles including Escalade and the Mercedes. The GM vehicles had pathetic leg room in the third row. The Mercedes second row only came as a bench. I was only able to get by the Lincoln dealership in the evening after work. Even though it was the end of a long day for them they were as polite and courteous as if they had just started a new day. Greg was very knowledge about all the features on the navigator and especially how it compared to other choices of vehicles I had not yet looked at. I choose the Chroma Crystal Navigator Black Label Yacht Club edition. It had to be ordered with delivery expected in 90 days. It came in in half the time. When it came in, again it was late after work when I chose to pick it up. The entire team stayed and worked together to get my car evaluated for trade and all the paperwork done, all with a smile. The Navigator is awesome. It’s like flying first class around town without ever leaving the ground. More
