Mark Ficken (owner) stands by his word, and represents all of what is good at his dealership. Mark personally responded to me, and went above and beyond to get a second key programmed and given to me at his cost! This is exceptional. This is just a classic case where your front line workers can be your greatest asset or biggest detriment. Jordan (the salesman) became the liability because of poor communication, but hopefully can use this instance as a teaching moment to treat individuals with due respect that is provided to them. Thank you again, Mark!
