Couldn't have stopped at a better dealership I recently visited this dealership originally to look at a Gmc Yukon Denali. Once I was greeted by Eric Vann which introduced to Shea White and after I recently visited this dealership originally to look at a Gmc Yukon Denali. Worth the wait! I started my new vehicle search with the 2019 Lincoln MKC back in April. I wanted to be completely sure so i spent many weekends and countless hours t I started my new vehicle search with the 2019 Lincoln MKC back in April. I wanted to be completely sure so i spent many weekends and countless hours test driving other luxury brands and talking with numerous sales consultants. I kept coming back to the MKC. My initial experience at Felix Sabates wasn’t the best so I was somewhat reluctant to go back. However, after a change in sales consultants, my experience couldn’t have been better. Shea White was so great to work with as we’re Eric Vann and Mike Gurley. I can honestly say that I 100% made the right decision and it was worth the wait!! More
Very bad customer with Jason Williams sales manager I purchased a Ford F150 Lartist about 5 months ago and was experiencing transmission problems and numerous occasions my truck was in service approx I purchased a Ford F150 Lartist about 5 months ago and was experiencing transmission problems and numerous occasions my truck was in service approximately five times for the same issue , I contacted Headquarters for ford and they got involved with their engineers after reviewing my documentations of service and coming down and inspecting my vehicle I was informed that I had to surrender My picked up in accordance With North Carolina lemon law which I have in writing. This process took approximately four weeks on June 13 I went into the dealership and met with sales manager Jason Williams Mr. Williams directed me to another individual who signed all documentations for me to surrender the vehicle which went well the only downfall is they made me pay for mileage that was put on this vehicle which I have no problem with but I should not Being miles at ford mechanics on this pluck up when they had my truck for approximately 35 days trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle .Second Jason Williams became very disrespectful boisterous and even came from behind the counter into my face in a threatening manner which Mr. Jason Williams cannot deny for I have It recorded on my cell phone it was recording the whole time he was upset because I would not purchase another vehicle with Ford and I explained that how could I as Second Jason Williams became very disrespectful boisterous and even came from behind the counter into my face in a threatening manner which Mr. Jason Williams cannot deny for I have it on my cell phone it was recording the whole time he was upset because I would not purchase another vehicle with Ford and I explained that how could I purchase another Ford when I just went through this very bad experience he also said he brought a vehicle down from Atlanta which I had no knowledge of to sell to me I did not authorize it I did not sign any documentation or I did not leave any down payment with Jason Williams service manager of Felix Sabates , Mr. Jason still got in my face threatening me boisterous and foul language in side the dealership in front of other customers and coworkers , if I was Mr.Felix Sabates I will be terminating his employment because of his behavior towards customers. I went through xxxx with my Ford the decent thing to do with me was to try and help me get into another vehicle and not demand more and more money to do so as Jason Williams was trying to do and when I said no he became very irate and disrespectful with foul languages and I felt very threatened by this individuals actions Jason Williams sales manager I will be sending out emails and letter to Mr. Felix Sabate along with copies of the recording to prove the facts of the situation that occurred . Mr Sabate pleases do the right thing this man should not be working for you and I will be seeking legal advice I hope someone from your office will contact me ASAP. More
