Blew my expectations away!! Hello, I purchased my 2nd car with Ford and from the same location. I was seriously thinking of going somewhere else to shop but decided to give this Hello, I purchased my 2nd car with Ford and from the same location. I was seriously thinking of going somewhere else to shop but decided to give this location a second chance. My first experience with Ford, my salesman did not go over the operations of my car with me. I was left on my own to figure things out. He made his sale and he was done with me! I didn’t even know how to put gas into the car!!! My husband was in a car accident and on my way to the hospital, I had to call and ask how far could I drive before I would run out of gas and asked how do I fill up the tank. With my recent purchase, I was so impressed!! From the moment I pulled into the lot, my expectations were blown away!! It appears the house was cleaned with new staff and “wonderful customer service.” And it all started at the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I was so glad I gave Ford a 2nd chance! Thank you Cristian Pazmino for fantastic customer service and selling me the best car I’ve ever owned!!! Kudos to finance employee Jorgen, what an asset Ford has by you have working for them!! I have been there...good news is you will not get that at Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln, they are AMAZING. Especially Shea! I had to stop by during my lunch break with limited time they got me through my questions and test drive in a very short period so I was not late returning to work. I returned two days later and he had the car ready for me to test drive on the highway this time, put together pricing options beforehand, and I was out in a reasonable time with a new Lincoln Nautilus. They know their product and their competitors, but he was never pushy, and they treat you like a human being and give you the respect that’s due when you are about to spend a lot of money. I love my car and look forward to continue to work with Lincoln and Shea for a long time. More

Hunter was kind enough to inquire as to what activities or plans I had in mind for the truck I came to see. Rather than focus on the vehicle, or whatever I assumed he would try to sell me, his focus was on my needs. While on a test drive, we chatted mountain biking, camping, hiking, hauling random junk, and the usual comparison of other trucks that could easily do similar. Bottom line, I knew what I wanted, and knew what I could afford. What I didn't see coming was how relaxed the experience was becoming for me. Each time I was left sitting alone at a desk for the usual evolution of paperwork with number changes, someone passing by would ask if I needed a water, asked how I was doing, or just stopped by for small talk. After maybe an hour or so, we settled on the number, signed away and I drove off in MY new truck. I feel I got a great price, and if I did leave any money on the table, the entire staff deserves it for putting me first. More

He then had the team at Felix inspect/run diagnostics/register/deliver it 10 hours to Wilmington within 5 days of purchasing the vehicle.
