New Car Purchase Salesman and management rate a "5". Pricing was confusing. While website said 0% financing on ALL 2019 Escapes, that was only available if I paid $3 Salesman and management rate a "5". Pricing was confusing. While website said 0% financing on ALL 2019 Escapes, that was only available if I paid $3000.00 MORE for the vehicle than the website's advertised price. Also the initial Ford finance offer was not consistent with my credit score. Also the $ offered on my trade in was extremely low vs. Kelly Blue Book quoted on the internet and Sabates website. More

Terrible service department I have only had my “new” Lincoln MKC for a few months and have already had it in for service 3 times. This is my first and last Lincoln “luxury” car. I have only had my “new” Lincoln MKC for a few months and have already had it in for service 3 times. This is my first and last Lincoln “luxury” car. I took it to Felix Sabates in Charlotte for service which is where I purchased the vehicle. There was a creaking noise every time I went over a bump or turned the car. Not something a new car should be doing. They had it for two weeks and couldn’t find the issue. During the time they had it, they somehow broke my windshield. So, supposedly five technicians could not find the issue and then broke windshield. I was moving and needed the car back. They got the windshield in the day before I moved and gave me my car back filthy. The service person was nice to work with at first but pretty much dismissed me after the windshield came in and offered no options to help me with my problem. Terrible service! I have since taken it to a small town Lincoln dealer and guess what? They figured out the problem in two days that “five technicians” at Felix Sabates could not figure out. It was a stabilizer link, a fairly easy fix. At least this small dealership cared enough to figure it out. Sorry I ever went to Felix Sabates. Worst dealership ever, not to mention a new Lincoln shouldn’t have all the problems mine has had. More

Purchased a used vehicle with a 49,000 miles AFTER our purchase and on the way home (25 miles) we noticed that the windshield had tiny chips in it. We called our Salesman and and he made arrange AFTER our purchase and on the way home (25 miles) we noticed that the windshield had tiny chips in it. We called our Salesman and and he made arrangements to bring it back it for repairs. After 4 days our salesman called and said our vehicle was repaired and ready to go. They did nothing to repair the windshield. We called back multiple times with a run around and then finally the salesman said they could not do anything. Sales was great, other than that I would not recommend with dealership. We drove 25 miles each way for all of this. More

Still working on luxury experience Lincoln still has work to do to be luxury, truck needed to be deep cleaned after delivered dirty, service is typical with small staff - not BMW or Mer Lincoln still has work to do to be luxury, truck needed to be deep cleaned after delivered dirty, service is typical with small staff - not BMW or Merc level, sales guys were nice and not pushy, typical upgrades galore pushed at closing - good communication after, finding that concierge service is not quick (2-weeks to book date) and the concierge is just another employee that forgets to call back and is basically an interface to talk to service if needed. I trust they are working towards Improvment and I am optimistic. They have tried to be accommodating. More
