Quick and sloopy I took my 07 Lincoln Town car for repair, for the first time in Felix Sabates dealership. The whole service department area is so beautifully set up, I took my 07 Lincoln Town car for repair, for the first time in Felix Sabates dealership. The whole service department area is so beautifully set up, with so many space and lighting. My problem was the service and getting appointment. My main issue was to fix my oil change indicator light and oil change after the repair. All they did was my oil change and told me to come back for the oil change indicator light issue. I was not happy at all, why will you change the oil before repairing the indicator problem. Still waiting to get my car fix. Though I was giving a loaner car. it still mess up my planned wedding invite I was going to attend with my Lincoln not a ford. More

Best vehicle purchase experience EVER Alley Neyman my saleswoman was prompt to greet me as I arrived on my first visit. They didn’t cloak and dagger me as the 2 previous Ford dealerships Alley Neyman my saleswoman was prompt to greet me as I arrived on my first visit. They didn’t cloak and dagger me as the 2 previous Ford dealerships that I had already visited and made that clear to them when I arrived. They presented my trade offer, the price of the truck I thought I wanted (was a very base model F 150 but was what I thought I wanted) the first time and I decided to not take the offer. Fast forward a week later and I had gone back to the first dealership that is very close to my home to see if they would work a better offer on the “bells and whistles truck”... they didn’t, I contacted Alley on her day off, she responded promptly, put me in touch with her manager, they presented my offer on the much nicer truck I really wanted and after sleeping on it I called and agreed to the deal. From Alley my salesperson, to Tyler and Jayson at the sales desk and Jose in finance, it was the most efficient and painless experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Did I mention I worked in the car business for 12 years... IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST EFFICIENT AND PROMPT SALES EFFORT IVE EVER BEEN A PART OF. My total time at the dealership and over the phone and text was maybe 1.5 hours. It was absolutely worth my time and money to drive past 3 other closer dealers to deal with folks who “want to EARN your business”; not like the others where it get like they were doing me a favor by selling me a truck. If your looking for a no hassle sales experience contact Alley Neyman and the Felix Sabates Ford sales team... will be where we purchase my wife’s vehicle upgrade in the future. More

The service staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home comfortable and clearly explains each and every item involving my car. On top of that the cost to operate this car has been half of what it was for a jaguar so I think the dealership is more than fair in the cost of service to the patron. More
