Back at the dealership, as we worked on the numbers on the deal, Jorgen jumped in (the Finance Manager), and helped make things more clear, more accommodating, and more assuring. Jorgen was truly the hero of the sale. I ordinarily hate the finance portion of the deal, since that's where you're typically dodging usurious offers and package recommendations. Jorgen explained everything in great detail, and even gave us tips on things to look out for in the future. When I asked if he's often involved in the sales process as he was with us, he said he did that as often as he could, and that they're just "one big team." That's awesome. More

Nice and fast, no shenanigans. We went in looking for a specific vehicle, unfortunately it had been sold already. Luckily there was a basically identical truck off another color there. We went off a test drive, decided to buy it and were in and out of finance and negotiation within 90 minutes. Jacob Edmond went above and beyond helping us move our stuff from the old car to the new truck. We got a good deal on our trade without too much of a fight, and ultimately ended up with a good warranty and done other extras for a reasonable price. Overall I would recommend Felix Sebates. We had purchased our last vehicle while they were still Performance Ford and the new management had much improved how the dealership is run... I've bought a lot of cars from dealers, and this was by far one of the best experiences we've had. That says a lot, as I've dealer purchased 15 or so vehicles with varying degrees of satisfaction. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be able to beat the service and the professionalism. More
