Terribble! We were lied to when we purchase our certified preowned Lincoln. We were told many times during the sale that the car came with a 100K bumper to bumpe We were lied to when we purchase our certified preowned Lincoln. We were told many times during the sale that the car came with a 100K bumper to bumper warranty which was one of the deciding factors in making the purchase. I took the car in for service and asked them to look into rust bubbling up and chipping paint on the doors, then we were told we don't have a bumper to bumper warranty but have a premium care warranty and it does not cover rust unless there is a hole. They told me to call Lincoln, Lincoln offered to pay half of a 2K repair. A 4year old car is rusting and neither this dealership or Lincoln is willing to stand behind their product. Deceptive sales practices and bait and switch tactics were used. I will be filing a formal complaint with the DMV and BBB. More
