Excellent Experience from Test Drive to Purchase! We stopped by to test drive an EcoSport because it's size & color caught our eye. Phillip was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. After a test drive we knew the EcoSport wasn't for us. Because of a previous injury we knew what we needed and wanted from our next vehicle and the EcoSport just wasn't going to work. Phillip listened to what we said about our needs (and wants, something blue if possible) and recommended the Escape. We fell in love with it from the minute we got in (and it was blue). From that point on the process was so smooth. Phillip introduced us to Mike. Mike walked us through the paperwork. He explained every thing to us from our finance to package options. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail so we were able to make the best choices for us. Afterwards Phillip walked us through setting up all the bells & whistles with our phones and how to use all the said bells & whistles. And Phillip has also followed up with us to make sure were are happy and ask if we have any question about our Escape. This was the best experience we've ever had buying a car. More
