Charged more than estimate I visited to get a service done for my 2018 Ford Mustang. When I took the appointment, the estimate I was given was $49.95. When I visited the dealers I visited to get a service done for my 2018 Ford Mustang. When I took the appointment, the estimate I was given was $49.95. When I visited the dealership for service, the estimate was given for $43.95. I was happy that it was cheaper than what was actually given. After the service was done, I was billed for $83.95. When I asked about the difference, all they could say is its expensive for mustang. They could not even explain why it was expensive. I was originally quoted by them knowing that my car was Mustang. If they quoted me $83.95 prior to servicing my car, I'd have not serviced my vehicle there. More
