Nice experience with dealership. Disappointed I found my oil life was at 39% when scrolling through my gages. Took to local dealer and had oil changed. Enjoyed working with sales rep and management very cor oil life was at 39% when scrolling through my gages. Took to local dealer and had oil changed. Enjoyed working with sales rep and management very cordial. Wait time was a little exhausting waiting to finalize deal. Love my truck! More

It was a wonderful experience & so appreciated everyone we met. We had tried to deal with 2 local dealers in FL & had terrible experiences. Neither 1 spent any time trying to find us the car that we wanted. The first time we spoke to Daniel Beck we was right on it finding exactly the car we wanted. There was such a difference in attitude & helpfulness. That's the reason we went all the way to Charlotte to finalize our car deal. Daniel is an excellent salesman & we appreciated working with Mel too. We would highly recommend this dealership. It's run the way I had hoped all dealerships should be run!!! More
