I spoke with Jordan Edmond and had agreed to a price with him (Felix's "finance" guy) as long as three items were repaired (tire pressure issue, gps, and side panel on door) only for him to renege on the deal, because he was concerned about 300 dollars vs fixing the side panel on the door instead of holding up his end of the agreement. The main sales guy i started with was Chris Culp and he pretty much didn't know anything about the Ford Explorer because he was new. Hunter at least had some experience when I came back to drive it again a few days later. The car was never cleaned out on the inside, or detailed as promised. I came back the next day to pick it up after doing all the paper work the previous day, only to wait around for over an hour just to make the last payment, even though they knew I was coming in at a set time. This still took forever, and no one wanted to speed up the process. When I finally made the last payment, no one knew where the keys were, so that was another whole debacle. When I finally got into the car, and the items that I had discussed with them about being fixed (tire pressure issue, GPS issue) had not been resolved as discussed the previous day. I was also told that a part would be coming in on Monday, 1/20/20 and have received no phone calls or communications regarding this item. Overall bad experience, where they over promise and under deliver, and no one communicates properly among the team over there, or with customers. I would highly recommend just visiting one of the many other Ford dealers, in hindsight I wish I wouldn't have purchased an SUV here. More

It was a long day with all the paper work. I did not feel I got a fair price for my trade in. I did go ahead a trade because I know I could not find another 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve in that go I did not feel I got a fair price for my trade in. It was as good an experience as car buying can be with one exception. I called before I arrived to let them know I had a very short time frame because of another commitment later that day. I was hoping to look at 3 cars i had already told them about, make a really short test drive, and agree to purchase one in 45 minutes. I repeated that when I arrived, but it took over 2 hours even though I kept trying to rush it. They kept having to go to the back for 5 or 10 minutes to get information or consult a manager. One time my wife and i had gotten up to walk out when the salesperson finally showed up. When we went back to pick up the car, I again hoped for a quick experience and asked them to hurry. We were paying cash but it still took almost 90 minutes which put us right in the middle of South Charlotte 5:15pm traffic. As a result the trip home took and hour and a half instead of about 45-50 minutes. More

2020 lincoln Corsair purchase.. Got price quotes from five different dealers, using their internet teams for the quotes. Felix Sabates was the most competitive.
