I'll start by saying, I was very hesitant when I entered into the Ford dealership. My hesitancy was due to my experience at a neighboring dealership. I was assisted right away. Brandon was patient and he apologized for the treatment that I received at a neighboring dealership. Brandon made me feel very comfortable. He didn't pressure me into a sale. He showed me the cars within my price range and let me lead the way. Brandon answered all of my questions and he was thorough in explaining different models of the Ford Fusion. I went in to test drive a car. I had my mind made up that I didnt want a car note, I wanted to purchase a cash car for 6K - 10K. I ended up getting a red Ford Fusion with all of the bells and whistle... and a small car payment 😊😉 My husband and I have been telling everyone about car buying experience.
