Turning a potentially bad experience into a good one We recently purchased a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label Grand Touring Edition. The vehicle is outstanding in every manner. The original Aviator We recently purchased a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label Grand Touring Edition. The vehicle is outstanding in every manner. The original Aviator we purchased was scheduled to be delivered to the dealership shortly after our purchase.. However, Lincoln apparently "lost" the vehicle, even though a VIN was generated. My wife was not very happy as weeks went by before it was confirmed the vehicle could not be located. The Felix Sabates team, specifically Verde Sykes and Juan Corders, did everything they could to find a vehicle, which matched the one we originally purchased, and provided us a loaner while our new vehicle was in transit from another dealership to Felix Sabates in Charlotte. The purchase process was certainly not smooth, but at the end of the day, Verde and Juan turned a potentially bad experience into a good one. More
