I've taken my Mariner to Felix Sabates Ford for service consistently over the last 6 years. It used to be excellent service. But about a year ago (2019) that changed. Now, whenever I take the Mariner in consistently over the last 6 years. It used to be excellent service. But about a year ago (2019) that changed. Now, whenever I take the Mariner in for service, I wind up taking it right back because the work wasn't done properly. I just spent $2100.00 to have an oil leak fixed only to find it wasn't fixed. So now I have to pay $1000.00 more. More

He was clear in his instructions about the price, the time my MKZ would be ready for pick up, and most important of all, good for his WORD. That was extremely important to me. There were no last minute changes that were not part of our agreement, and I really appreciated that! What he said is what he meant. Daniel is a fine young man with a great future ahead of him. He made all my apprehensions and stress go away, and I drove away with the car of my dreams. More
Very pleasant polite staff. However, I am very disappointed with the service work. I have had two separate appointments to fix a problem with my car. The first was $1,100 in repair bills. I took back a week ago, spent another $900.00 on repairs. Within four days the same problem reoccurred. I have a third appointment next week.
