My salesman listened to what I said when I told him what I was looking for and he presented me with a truck that met my criteria. We went on a test drive and I told him that I wanted to buy it. Maybe an hour at the dealership and out the door, not with the truck because the dealer installed items weren’t complete and Ford didn’t have them in stock right away. Back to the dealership to pick up the truck and the business office took care of me efficiently. Since I am planning to keep this truck for a while, I bought a lot $$$ of warranties. More

My daughter bought a used 2014 Ford Mustang V6 about 2. 5 months ago. Lack of communication from sale to paperwork to service! The car has been back there twice for service reasons. Dropped the car off yesterday morning, was told today it would be ready, only to call for status about an hour ago -whomever left for the day failed to call us before leaving! Just to be told that they need us to drive the car again in order for the service light to come on then bring it back to them. OR they get permission for a tech to take it home overnight????? I am done. Strongly don't recommend them. More

I was a little thrown off with the financing part of the process. It was presented in a rather hurried fashion for the amount of money I ended up spending. I've been driving for over 50 years and have bought many cars and never did I have any insurance for anything but the car. I called Jock 2 days ago to discuss some things and haven't heard back. the extra $7680 threw off my financing strategy which was originally going to be 3 years at 1.9% of $285.99. The added insurance knocked my total monthly outlay up $104 and added a year to my contract. This isn't something easily handled by someone on a fixed income. More
