If it wasnt for Jillian in the Lincoln Service center, my nightmare with this dealership would continue. NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS INTO OWNERSHIP TEH PASSNGER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE.,,,,,I consider this a safety hazards. 3 calls to their service department (closed on Saturdays) i was told no valet pick up and no loaners until 3 weeks from now. Unacceptible considering i was promised tht service in September when I paid 70,000 for the Aviator car. 4th call got us in touch with Jillian and she managed to acquire a loaner car (Since its 40 minutes away from me) and said she could get the work down asap. THANK HEAVENS!!!!. SHE LISTENED TO MY STORY OF MY EXPERIENCE AND WAS EMPATHETIC TO WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH. i would give her 10 stars if I could. Met and exceeded my expectations, and even dealt with some other open items Ive had since owning the car that no one else had followed up on...only suggestion, have a sign that invites folks to geo have a seat in wairing area...nothing like that did I seein the garage where you drive your car into while waiting for a service manager to write up your ticket. More
