Mark Snuggs was AMAZING! I absolutely hate car buying and had to buy in a rush. He was super sweet, funny, and made sure I was comfortable and got me in the car I wanted so bad for a price that the other dea had to buy in a rush. Made an appointment for service, showed up at the scheduled time, was told there was no way they could possibly get to me today. Not sure why they schedule appointments at all, as it apparently doesn scheduled time, was told there was no way they could possibly get to me today. Not sure why they schedule appointments at all, as it apparently doesn't actually mean they'll be able to do anything when you get there. Glad I drove the extra 30 minutes to go to one of the highest rated dealers around, for them to tell me I'd have to make another appointment to actually get my car looked at. Totally worth the time and effort. On the plus side, only wasted about 15 minutes once I got there, as the service advisor was quite friendly and attentive, and quickly informed me that they wouldn't be able to service my car that day. Again, not sure why they schedule appointments at all. More

I was very happy with the service But the windshield wipers had been left on at some point when windows were dry leaving black marks on windshield marking windshield from wiper blades. I took my vehicle in for servicing (multiple concerns) and the service department (Stewart, Polly .. the list goes on) never returned my calls about the status of the car or if the parts had come in. Aft and the service department (Stewart, Polly .. the list goes on) never returned my calls about the status of the car or if the parts had come in. After 3 days of radio silence I ended up going to them to check on the car. They neglected to check or address one of my major concerns even though I paid 2 separate diagnostic fees for them to do so. It's been 2 weeks and they've yet to call about 2 additional parts coming in (lug nut stud, and airbag). They cross threaded a nut so I couldn't change the brakes, and when I took it elsewhere for the lug nut repair and an oil change they said my BRAND NEW oil valve cap from Felix Sabates is still LEAKING! Of course Stewart still couldn't be reached by phone to address the matter. I'm livid! I thought it was going to be a good experience because I was referred by someone who purchased a vehicle from them, but apparently only the sales department is good. They also didn't have any loaner vehicles so I was without a car for the duration. I'm attempting to work with corporate customer service regarding the issues, but they've been equally as unresponsive. I'll NEVER take my car there again! More

Took my vehicle in for a recall issue and oil change. Liza was amazing (as always).
