Great salesman, disappointing manager My salesman Shane was wonderful. Kind, respectful, patient. I did end up buying a car and he was a big reason why. He came back to tell me the sales manager didn't think that car was a good fit for my needs. Really? I can't decide that for myself? I simply asked the price. After I purchased a vechile, the sales manager never came out. I've bought several cars and have always been thanked by the manager. This person in the 4+ hours I was there never introduced them self. That was disappointing. Shane was wonderful. Finance manager nice. I'm happy with my purchase. Just disappointed in senior management style. More

Refund not received I had an extended warranty with a $100.00 deductible and was charged $108.00. I got a confirmation via email that the $8.00 was being refunded to my credit card, but the card # listed was NOT mine. I have called and sent emails for over 5 weeks and nothing has happened. Within 30 minutes after sending this review, the service manager called and apologized profusely. He said that Sabates Ford would refund the FULL amount. This has changed my outlook on Sabates Ford and I will definitely be going back for service. More
