Our sales serviceman Shane Harrison, was knowledgeable, professional and timely, having the vehicle we wanted to look at brought around and in pristine condition a couple minutes after arrival. Shane gave us the technical specs on the vehicle and described the features accurately as well as offered insight into the different models and options available and the cost vs. benefit ration on a couple options. I was happy to not be "upsold" or to have my budgeted amount be stretched. As far as the PRICE, which is inevitably important, I found that Felix Sabates Ford offered extremely competitive pricing and benefits compared to several other offers we considered, if it is not the best price for new 2017 f150 in a large geographical large radius, its negligibly different and the Felix Sabates price is upfront (No "Haggling" required). Based on my experience I would recommend Felix Sabates to friends and family, confident that they would at worst find a great resource for information on Ford vehicles, and would be hard pressed to find better pricing. Felix Sabates also does a great job with the small things, such as offering coffee/water, maintaining a clean showroom, having computers and printers available for customers,entertaining (other peoples in my case) kids with a arcade style gaming system, and all of the staff we saw were polite, friendly, and professional. Great Experience I came on the lot just to check things out. Was interested in a Ford Explorer and was greeted by Chami Holliman who was very pleasant and easy to dea I came on the lot just to check things out. He listened to what I wanted and directed me to a vehicle that I'm happy with at this point. Jerry Biggers the Finance Manager was equally as easy to deal with. A great experience overall. This is the 2nd vehicle that I"ve purchased at this location and I'm sue I will be returning. More
