Do NOT recommend I went to Felix Sabates Ford looking for new F150 on a Friday afternoon. Found one I liked test drove it and was ready to sit down and talk numbers. I went to Felix Sabates Ford looking for new F150 on a Friday afternoon. Found one I liked test drove it and was ready to sit down and talk numbers. After going back and forth for 5 hours the salesman and sales manager finally came out and shook my hand and said congradulations on your new vehicle. So I went ahead and gave them a check for my down payment. It was late in the day so they told me to come back the next day (Saturday) they would have my new truck ready to go. Well as I was getting ready to leave to go pick it up I receive a call from the salesman saying that they needed to speak with someone at the bank to get all the particulars to finalize the paper but assured me that we still had a deal for the terms we had agreed on the day before. So we set up a time on Wednesday to come finalize everything and pick up the truck. Wednesday came and just as I was getting ready to leave to pick up my new truck I receive a text message from the salesman telling me not to come they were still working on the paperwork and would let me know when it was done. I then received a call saying they needed some more information from me to get this done but everything was good. So I spent the time getting them what they needed and at no point did they say that anything had changed they were just getting everything put together for me. After all this I received a call on Thursday from the sales manager telling me that they could honor the terms that we had originally agreed to. He proceeded to tell me that he could find me another vehicle because he couldn't make the one I liked and put money down on work after I was told we had a deal shook hands and left that day. And in no way did they try and make this right with me. I would NOT recommend doing business with this dealer. More

Shawn Hetrick was great with the financing end. Miss Ginette Mea was our delivery coordinator who was great explaining the cars features and how to use them. I will buy any future vehicles from this dealership and I will reccomend them to my friends and family. More
Best experience buying or leasing a car I have ever had. From the moment i walked in I was made to feel special. my particular situation was listened to and a solution that best fit my needs was developed. From Sales, Finance and Management I got the impression that my happiness and comfort was important to everyone. When I came back the a few days later to complete the deal, everybody remembered my name and some personal details about my situation. They had everything ready for me and even had my name on the vehicle on display in the showroom. A great product and an even better people. My wife enjoyed the experience so much, she wants to go trade her vehicle on another vehicle from Shea, Jerry and Tatum. More
Best car buying experience I was referred to a Felix Sabates by someone at work. I took my trade-in over there to find a new SUV. My wife spoke with Shane over there on the ph I was referred to a Felix Sabates by someone at work. I took my trade-in over there to find a new SUV. My wife spoke with Shane over there on the phone and told him our situation. I arrived there the next day for my appointment with Shane. Shane left for the day, the manager brought over a new salesperson to work with me. Rick asked me what was discussed with Shane. Rick contacted Shane to get up to speed. Rick took me for a test drive in an a 2017 Ford Explored, absolutely loved it! It was a base model, Rick asked what was missing? I told him what I thought it needed, he managed to find another Explorer on the lot that was "new 2017" it had 2017 miles on it (funny right). It had all the upgrades I told him about and was only $3k more. He worked with the finance guys and Ford Motor Credit. I told him I had money to put down, but I needed to be at a certain price range. Rick and the finance team worked a deal out and got me into the brand new Ford Explorer within the price I was looking. After getting the paperwork signed I was walked over to Gary the finance guy, he went through all of the paperwork and discussed warranty options. I was a little uneasy about getting another extended warranty, since I only wanted the basic extended warranty he threw in the GAP insurance knowing I rolled over some negative equity into my new SUV. Gary finished my paperwork and walked me over to Jeanette who went over with me all of details of my car and showed me how everything worked. Other than spending nearly 4 hours there this was an AMAZING experience. More
Does not stand behind its product Leased car in 2014 from local dealership (Felix Sabates Ford, fka Performance Ford, in Charlotte NC). At end of lease, in Spring 2016, bought car. In April 2015, Ford published a Service Bulletin (TSB 15-0056) alerting Ford Service Centers about "a [Power Transfer Unit] PTU vent hose which is missing or disconnected." Local dealership (Felix Sabates Ford, fka Performance Ford, in Charlotte NC), despite having serviced the vehicle 3 times since the SB was published, apparently did not check the issue or alert me to the issue. Not until I had the oil changed at another shop, shortly after my mileage exceeded the warranty limit, did I learn of the event. When I contacted the dealer, service manager (sic) Joe Holland told me that (1) they were not obligated to act upon the SB (then why even publish it?) and (2) I never complained about the issue (how was I to know the transfer case vent tube was missing??). The dealership refuses to fix the issue. After 30 years of buying, driving, and promoting Fords, I'm done because of this. More
