Integrity Bought a certified 2015 MKX on Dec 14 2017. The Cert was checked there was two key fobs with spare keys. When I got back to Nashville Tn I saw one of the fobs was broken and the spare key missing. I have called numerous times and talked to Greg and the sales manager and they tell me they will get me a replacement and call me back to let me know the status of the problem. It has been six weeks and I have not gotten a replacement and no one has ever called me like they promised. Once you are out the door you are on your own. More
