I made an appointment and my car sat there for over an hour where I parked it. Not until the service manager came by and he checked in on it was it worked on. Over 3 hours for an oil change. I never waited that long when my prior cars were serviced with a free tire rotation and car wash. My window was not looked at said due to weather. I don’t have the time to wait another 3 hours. More
