Jeff, The opportunity to make things better was while my car was at your dealership or when we spoke. Me reexplaining my experience to you may mean a lot to you but it only reinforces the poor customer service impression for me. We all have bad days and sometimes we drop the ball, I get that. For me it's how we handle those situations that's an indicator of what to expect in the future. Let's just chalk this up to lesson's learned and go our separate ways. I've already spent more time on this than its worth.
