Kudos to Mark Christopher. I thought my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD needed a transmission. Got a price from dealer before bringing it down, kinda to prepare myself. Dropped off for I thought my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD needed a transmission. Got a price from dealer before bringing it down, kinda to prepare myself. Dropped off for the inspection. On my paperwork was the price for tranny replacement I called about if needed. Next day got the call, an honest call - sir you don’t need a transmission. Just change the filter, everything is good. They could have said need to replace and I would have agreed. Thank you for the honesty, getting rarer out there. A very great full customer. Jim More

Poor communication! I arrived at 7:00am and left after noon with no work being done on my car. I specifically asked that my car not be washed as I had it washed the da I arrived at 7:00am and left after noon with no work being done on my car. I specifically asked that my car not be washed as I had it washed the day before. I had to go to the cashier to ask what was taking so long after a two hour wait to put the car back together! Only then was I told my car would be ready soon. Another hour and a half,.. nothing! Now I’m pretty angry! Finally get told my car is ready, the paperwork and wait for them to pull my car around. Half hour I’m still waiting! Service Advisor comes out to tell me they had to order a part for the airbag that had been recalled. Shouldn’t I have been made aware that the part wasn’t available? I could’ve come back another day since that wasn’t even what I brought the car in for! Finally get the paperwork to leave. They tell me to wait outside and they will pull my car around. Another half hour, no car! Service Advisor comes out to go check on it and returns to tell me they are washing it! After I specifically asked them not to! It was after noon by the time I was able to drive away, frustrated and angry. Never going back there again! More
They take your money without fixing the problem. I spent over 5k, constant back and fourth to the dealer to drop off my vehicle and almost 7 months later they still didn’t fix the problem.
