I had a 7am appointment for an Oil change and it took 3hrs. When I showed up they offered a car wash. Once I’m called to the cashier 3hrs later the young lady asked me would I like my car washed. So n 3hrs. When I showed up they offered a car wash. Once I’m called to the cashier 3hrs later the young lady asked me would I like my car washed. So now you’re telling me I have to wait another 15-30 minutes for my vehicle to be washed. I didn’t have that kind of time because I had an appointment I had to be to In Bloomington at 1030am and showed up late. It was ridiculous, people showed up after me in the waiting room and were called that their car was ready before me. I will never use Mark Christopher Cadillac Service again. More
