I have been getting both of my vehicles services at Mark Christopher Cadillac for several years and I normally will not write negative feedback, however, this time I felt it was necessary. I made a service Christopher Cadillac for several years and I normally will not write negative feedback, however, this time I felt it was necessary. I made a service appointment for Wednesday, August 9th, for 8:10 AM, to get an oil & lube and a tire rotation. A simple service which should not have taken more than 2 hours, as it has in the past. After waiting for 2 plus hours, I had to ask the status of my vehicle twice and on the second request was advised that my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later, I still did not have my vehicle. I inquired again with the cashier and the young lady informed me that in was just finished. She asked me if I wanted to have my car washed and that it would be another 20 minutes to complete the wash. Of course a declined the offer. While waiting for my paperwork to be completed, I was advised that the service technician had indicated that my two rear tire pressure sensors were weak. I thought this was unusual because I had just replaced all 4 sensors approximately 6 months prior. When I received my vehicle at approximately 11:30, I noticed that the information center on my dashboard indicated no readings for any of my sensors/tires and just showed green dashes. I drove to America's Tires where I had purchased the new tires and sensors and they informed me that the sensors had not been calibrated after the tire rotation. America's Tires, performed the necessary calibration and indicated that all sensors were calibrated and working properly. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from Mark Christopher Cadillac, especially after so many years of positive and excellent service. It should not have taken 3 & 1/2 hours for an oil & lube and tire rotation and the technician should have calibrated the tire sensors after the tire rotation. I am seriously considering driving the extra distance to get my vehicle service needs at another Cadillac dealership. More

They did not deal fair or honest with me regarding their financial program. I knew I had a salvage car but I did not know a salvage car did not qualify for financial assistance. I paid the $190 and I want it back because no one told me that in advance but knew I was getting the $190 diagnostic to enter that program because I was there the week prior for recall repairs. So I know they knew I had a salvage car. I just believe that was unfair and dishonest. More
