I have never experienced service with minimum communication. I had to rent a car without knowing what if any work needed to be done . My vehicle was in for almost 3 days without a diagnosis. Then communication. I had to rent a car without knowing what if any work needed to be done . My vehicle was in for almost 3 days without a diagnosis. Then when I did go pick It up. The cashier was like a robot. No facial expressions, don’t bother her is the vibe she puts out. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the same issue i did before taking it in the first time: I paid good money for a warranty . I am not looking forward to another terrible experience. More
Jackie was a little behind on keeping me updated as promised, by a day in regards to price and delivery of repairs. Price was also a concern. When we entered the service area, asked for Jackie , was told she’d be right up, she was aware we were there, as I had text her, I’d be there by 12pm and other service employees had let her know customers were waiting . Fifteen minutes later Jackie walked in, didn’t ask if we were waiting for her as we stood in the service podium area, I had to approach her, this after she had been at her podium for 5 minutes or more. Cashier was unfriendly, we felt we were intruding upon her time with a male co- worker, she was very dismissive of us. Overall as a customer felt under valued … More
