Truck shutting off I had taken my truck to Mark Christopher a few weeks ago for a complete tune up, oil change, etc. and the truck seemed to be running fine for about a I had taken my truck to Mark Christopher a few weeks ago for a complete tune up, oil change, etc. and the truck seemed to be running fine for about a week. After that it started to stall on me and I obviously didn't know why. I then realized it was doing it when I would reverse for some reason. I scheduled an appointment @ 8:00 am with Mark Christopher and when I called at the end (3:00) of the day for an update they informed me that they hadn't even looked at it. I picked it up and rescheduled for another day. When they finished evaluating my truck they said that the battery cables were not tight. I argued the point that they had just done a tune up and they said the cables probably came loose from driving...I was like come on really??? So I had to pay $145.00 for them to tighten the cables/evaluation. I know they left them not tight...on my tune up checklist is shows that they inspected them with a green check mark. I only take it to M.K. due to proximity of my work but if I could I would have it serviced at Rotolo because they have always been honest and on time with me. I could live with not being on time because I know how things can come up but if it's arguable I think they should have taken care of it especially for $145.00. I mean I purchased a $65,000.00 truck from them and I have several vehicles serviced by them. Just saying they could have done a better job. More
