Fast, Friendly & Convenient Service Called to see if any appointments were available for Tuesday. They said come on down would work me in right away. Dropped truck off for first servic Called to see if any appointments were available for Tuesday. They said come on down would work me in right away. Dropped truck off for first service. Was helped right away. Service writer was very friendly. First service took approximately 1.5 hours and included tire rotation and a wash. Was completely satisfied. Will return in 5000 miles and have it serviced through Mark Christopher again. All and all was happy with first service experience. More

NO COMMUNICATION From the start Dario fail to notify me that the part came in , called said he would reorder the part waited 4 weeks heard from no one. Was called and told the car was ready when arrived they sent me to the cashier no one I mean no one took the time to review the results. By reading the report I found out 2 items unable to be duplicated I would have thought someone would have educated me in regards but no. More

Oil change I was able to schedule the same day appointment for my oil changed.
