Truck shutting off I had taken my truck to Mark Christopher a few weeks ago for a complete tune up, oil change, etc. and the truck seemed to be running fine for about a I had taken my truck to Mark Christopher a few weeks ago for a complete tune up, oil change, etc. and the truck seemed to be running fine for about a week. After that it started to stall on me and I obviously didn't know why. I then realized it was doing it when I would reverse for some reason. I scheduled an appointment @ 8:00 am with Mark Christopher and when I called at the end (3:00) of the day for an update they informed me that they hadn't even looked at it. I picked it up and rescheduled for another day. When they finished evaluating my truck they said that the battery cables were not tight. I argued the point that they had just done a tune up and they said the cables probably came loose from driving...I was like come on really??? So I had to pay $145.00 for them to tighten the cables/evaluation. I know they left them not tight...on my tune up checklist is shows that they inspected them with a green check mark. I only take it to M.K. due to proximity of my work but if I could I would have it serviced at Rotolo because they have always been honest and on time with me. I could live with not being on time because I know how things can come up but if it's arguable I think they should have taken care of it especially for $145.00. I mean I purchased a $65,000.00 truck from them and I have several vehicles serviced by them. Just saying they could have done a better job. More

Not impressed I have tried my best to give this service center the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I seemed to receive better treatment at a local Toyota dealer I have tried my best to give this service center the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I seemed to receive better treatment at a local Toyota dealership. I went in for an oil change and requested a new cabin filter, which according to the service manual, is replaced when needed. I told them my cabin filter was starting to smell on my 19 month old car, but was declined because my mileage did not justify this. I'd like to know if this is the dealer pinching pennies on my $55,000 SUV, or the serviced manual is providing false information? More

Disgruntled but later satisfied Friday, July 12th, purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave and the next day I notice the rear was not cooling off properly so I had to take it into the service Friday, July 12th, purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave and the next day I notice the rear was not cooling off properly so I had to take it into the service dept that following Monday morning. I arrive first thing in the morning because after I was just getting off from work. I was very tire and a bit disgruntled because I am already in the service dept with my brand new car. After waiting 3 hrs, I am finally told there's some sort of leak that needs to be fixed and need to leave my vehicle, however there are no loaner cars. I contacted my sales person, Nick Jensen whom was so helpful in my sales, to tell him was going on. He went above and beyond by immediately coming over to get me a loaner car so I could go home to sleep. Dave Miller my service rep, was empathetic and apologetic and did everything he could to get my new car back to me asap. Thank you to all. More
