Long time customer treated badly My 2008 Saturn stopped working just shut down. Naturally I had it towed to my usual repair station, Mark Christopher service. After their tech trie My 2008 Saturn stopped working just shut down. Naturally I had it towed to my usual repair station, Mark Christopher service. After their tech tried starting the car and it sounded terrible, Service writer Juan Fletes called me and told me that it was going to be $1700 just to look at my car. I couldn’t believe it because five months prior I had just gotten my car back because of severe oil leak which cost me over $5000 and took Mark Christopher tech four times to get it right. One other footnote I have been taking my Saturn to Mark Christopher for servicing since I bought it into thousand eight and this is how I was treated. I am going to get into more detail during my yelp review for Mark Christopher. More

Consistency from a auto dealership I have been having my hummer serviced at Mark Christopher where I purchased it since January of 2004. Same service writer, same good service while per I have been having my hummer serviced at Mark Christopher where I purchased it since January of 2004. Same service writer, same good service while perfect is non existent when there’s a problem Nobu always has taken care of it and I get treated like people at this dealership appreciate my business. There are closer places to service my vehicle but I don’t get that same sense at most other dealerships. More
