The last Chevy I’ll purchase Bought a 2015 Chevy a few months after the “3 year warranty” was up brought the car back because the paint was fading very bad. GM corporate got involved, said I’d have to pay $1900 of the $3500 bill for the hood and roof to be painted. I found a shop that will repaint the hood and roof for a little over a grand. So it seems like they just got a quote and jack it up to make you think they’re assisting. pretty sad a 65k cars paint won’t last 3-4 years. Chevy has lost a customer. More

Very good Was told by Jackie wait time would be about 2 1/2 hrs when I made the 7am appt. Turned out it was 15m less. Excellent service. Still ripping people off I had the oil changed, tires rotated, rear brakes & one key fob. Pricing on everything was fair until you ripped me off on the key fob for $250. Since my 2011 truck cannot reprogram a new fob, I had no choice but to take the $250 beating on the key fob. Shame on Mark Christopher Chevrolet. There is absolutely no reason for me to show loyalty on buying or servicing from you. Your service reps are paid runners, as they in no way help with your high prices. SHAME on YOU GUYS. More
