Replace wheel and tire I had an appointment to replace a ruined tire and possibly the sensor also. I was given the estimate of 1.5 hours and an estimated cost. About 2 hours I had an appointment to replace a ruined tire and possibly the sensor also. I was given the estimate of 1.5 hours and an estimated cost. About 2 hours later I received the message that the wheel also needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price, and I accepted it. About 1.5 hours later I was told it would be ready within the hour. I finally received notice 4.5 hours later from the original appointment that the car was ready. That was extremely poor service for someone with an appointment! By the way, the tire was already at the service department because I had ordered it the day before the appointment. So why the slow service to mount a tire???? Then I was presented the bill! It was approximately $100.00 more than I had been told. After asking for an explanation for the increased costs, Sandra Stevens said that she was sorry that she hadn't told me about some of the extra costs. Then she said that she would delete those costs. Then I noticed that the cost of the wheel was $50.00 more than I had been quoted. With some effort by Sandra and the parts department, that cost was changed. Then I noticed that they had not given me credit for the GM Rewards voucher that I had submitted. To end the story -- the bill was reduced to an acceptable figure closer to the estimates given. However, it was agreed upon only by MY efforts to question what they were charging! I DO NOT think that that is a trusting customer's job. I get my service at the dealer where I purchased my vehicle because I want to trust the service given. I have my doubts that I now have that trust with the Buick Service Department at Mark Christopher Auto Center. More
Great Service everytime Nobu and Dario are always great. They both are very thorough and do everything possible to help. Nobu was excellent! My car was diagnosed same day and I didn’t even have an appointment. Horrible I had an appointment at 8 AM. I checked in at 7:50 AM with Jackie. By 9:30 AM no one still had come to speak to me so I went to find out the status. I had an appointment at 8 AM. I checked in at 7:50 AM with Jackie. By 9:30 AM no one still had come to speak to me so I went to find out the status. At first they couldn’t even locate my vehicle. By 9:45 my vehicle was found but still not had the car wash. It would have been another 15 to 20 minutes. You do the math with how long I had to wait even with an appointment. Customer service skills are horrible even at the checkout counter. She could not go over the recommendations with me because she didn’t know what it meant. I will not recommend To anybody. In fact I will tell people to go elsewhere and my honest truth about how I was treated. More

They left my car unlocked in the front customer parking lot for 5 hours. They finished my oil change in a little over one hour, but I took the shuttle home and was not able to return until 5 hours later. I re for 5 hours. I returned and found my car unlocked and parked in the front, and it was not just moved there. When I went inside to pay and sign for the work, they told me they would have someone bring it up, I told them it was upfront already and unlocked, they initially denied it, saying someone just recently moved it up. How about a simple I am sorry and here is a coupon for a discount on your next service. luckily it seemed nothing was stolen from my car. More
